
Enreach, the European leader in Convergent Contact Solutions (UCaaS, CCaaS, Fixed, Mobile, Productivity), serving French operators and integrators for over 20 years, completes its distribution network by welcoming network and telecom specialist DSI (Distribution Service International) among its partners. This announcement is part of a strong acceleration for Enreach France, which wishes to widely distribute its new white label cloud solution Enreach Contact to resellers and integrators targeting French SMEs and ETIs.
Distribution Service International has been active in the telephony market for more than 20 years and is a committed company with a nationwide network of more than 3,000 reseller partners. With a very strong position in the Ile de France region, DSI operates in the field of telephony, IT and office automation, through a responsive and available team.
With this agreement, DSI will offer its partners access to the fast-growing Unified Communication market thanks to the Enreach Contact solution. This will enable partners to offer their customers a flexible, next-generation business communication solution hosted in the cloud. Without constraints and quickly, DSI partners will be able to implement high value-added solutions for their customers that respond to new uses in terms of collaboration and customer relations (softphone, mobility, video conferencing, chat, ACD, PO/PC, CRM integration, etc.).
Within the framework of this partnership, Enreach will work continuously with DSI teams to present them with the new innovations of the solution and help them in their operational, commercial and marketing support of their partners. With this in mind, DSI aims to formalise several dozen agreements over the next 12 months, the first of which have already been signed.
