Following the November 2020 acquisition of Nuaware, a fast-growing distributor at the forefront of cloud, DevSecOps and containerisation, network and security VAD Exclusive Networks confirms its ambition to accelerate and strengthen its presence in the DevOps market.

The acquisition of Nuaware supports Exclusive Networks' DevOps positioning, and is the latest step in a strategy that has been underway for several months, via the positioning of some of its historical brands, which are also positioning themselves in this segment: Palo Alto Networks' Prisma Cloud and F5's NGINX, two sub-offers geared towards this market. In addition to this, Exclusive Networks, via the Nuaware portfolio, currently offers some fifteen technologies specialising in these environments.

Through these recent distribution agreements, Exclusive Networks intends to complete its offer in market segments that were not well covered until now. Exclusive Networks' suppliers and business partners will be able to access unique skills and meet the new expectations of companies in terms of digital transformation.

Exclusive Networks is thus expanding its portfolio of offers, responding to the acceleration of the digital transformation of companies.

In order to continue its momentum, Exclusive Networks is expanding its team in France with new arrivals: Pierre Butkus, Sales Specialist and Raouf Hadjer, Solution Architect.

These two profiles join Exclusive Networks following the acquisition of Nuaware. Having already worked in an entity specialised in Devops, they will be accompanied by David Clarys, NewTech Manager Southern Europe at Exclusive Networks. New hires will also be announced shortly.

Stéphane Iaïch, Director of Strategic Alliances and Marketing at Exclusive Networks, said: "DevOps toolchains, containers and the emergence of DevSecOps are specialised areas where Nuaware has carved out a unique niche. This acquisition illustrates our strategy. It supports our desire to invest in this new market segment and will allow us to meet the expectations of partners to be trained and to be able to rely on a trusted partner like Exclusive Networks. In addition, working with Nuaware allows us to complete our offer on market segments that have a strong potential. The DevOps segment is a recent focus of investment for Exclusive Networks, which is built around the sub-offers provided by Palo Alto and F5. Nuaware's offer perfectly complements this global strategy."
