Exertis CapTech signs Nordic Agreement with Lenovo

Robin Johansson, Business Director IT for Exertis CapTech

Broadliner Exertis CapTech has signed a Nordic agreement with Lenovo, the world's largest PC manufacturer. The agreement mainly applies to consumer and gaming products, and covers the entire Nordic market through Exertis CapTech offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Robin Johansson, Business Director IT for Exertis CapTech, has helped negotiate the deal: "we are strong on the B2B PC and portable market, among others through our own PC production where we are the largest in Sweden. But on the consumer side, we were looking for a long time a larger PC range. Therefore, we sought a partner to complete our portfolio, and which wanted to make the same investment as us in the Nordic market. It was also important for us that both brand and assortment should match the promise we give our customers - to offer quality over a long-term perspective. We are known to be at the forefront when it comes to gaming, both in terms of selection and knowledge. Then Lenovo was a self-written partner as a complement to their highly prized Legion series. Legion reflects how we look at gaming ourselves and is something we feel we can recommend to our customers." Lenovo agreed to a partnership with Exertis CapTech as the distributor could help them with a customer segment they find difficult to reach. These customers have not previously had access to large parts of Lenovo's range in the Nordic market, as the focus from other distributors has been on large customers. "This will now change through our new agreement", explains Robin Johansson. Exertis CapTech has already filled its stock with Lenovo products such as desktops, notebooks, Chromebooks, monitors and tablets.
