Identity as a Service - Infinigate Expands its MSP Portfolio with Entrust

Security VAD Infinigate further expands its Managed Security solution portfolio by deepening its cooperation with Entrust, a leading provider in the field of trusted identities and data protection. The security vendor's MSP-enabled identity and access management solution is now available through many of the value-added distributor's (VAD) European offices through its Acmeo MSP subsidiary. In addition to centralised billing, Infinigate offers a broad range of sales and technical support.

The security VAD has good reasons for this portfolio expansion. "The demand in the area of authentication and identity management is currently increasing massively", explains Sascha Odenthal, Head of MSSP Business at Infinigate Germany. "We notice this in discussions with our partners and see it in the results of current studies. Not least because of DSGVO and increased home offices, up to 70% of MSSPs consider this topic to be the most important challenge. I am therefore very pleased that we now have the strong IDaaS solution from Entrust in our MSP portfolio. Our partners can easily expand their security services with a central, cloud-based platform - and secure end customers with adaptive multi-factor authentication and single sign-on, for example. Infinigate's managed security team supports the set-up and sales of the service, and central billing is integrated into the Infinigate MSP portal."
