Security VAD Infinigate has significantly extended the scope of its ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications during the second surveillance audit. The certifications now also apply to Infinigate Holding GmbH (parent company of Infinigate's European subsidiaries and responsible for group IT) and new locations of Infinigate Deutschland GmbH (Hanover and Essen).
ISO9001:2015 certifies a quality management system that stands for, among other things, a continuous improvement process, smooth processes and clearly defined work procedures.
ISO27001 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving an information security management system. In addition, the standard contains requirements for the assessment and handling of information security risks.
Dr. Jan Erbguth, commercial director of Infinigate Deutschland GmbH, explains: "the successful extension of the ISO certifications is a testimony to our consistently high level of quality standards and security in all business units and subsidiaries of Infinigate Deutschland GmbH and Infinigate Holding GmbH. Working to uniform high quality standards sustainably promotes our efficiency and ensures security in the distribution processes from manufacturer to customer."
The certificate is also proof of the successful integration of MSP specialist acmeo, with which Infinigate Deutschland GmbH has comprehensively expanded its offering for managed (security) service providers. With know-how, additional personnel resources, training offers, contract templates, SOC services, tools for cost calculation, billing automation through API interfaces, etc., Infinigate Deutschland GmbH now supports partners in every step towards and as a managed (security) service provider.
