Network and security VAD Infinigate Group has acquired French VAD D2B Informatique for an undisclosed amount. D2B Informatique will bring its cybersecurity infrastructure expertise and established relationships to enhance the scale, scope and capabilities of Infinigate France. The acquisition is an important step in Infinigate's expansion strategy, extending its market presence and strengthening its position as a provider of innovative cybersecurity solutions and services.
A key objective of the Infinigate Group is to continue to expand its presence in the European market by focusing on delivering tangible solutions to partners through a comprehensive catalogue, pre- and post-sales services, training and lead generation, combined with cybersecurity expertise.
Founded in 1989, D2B Informatique is a distributor specialised in security, storage and infrastructure solutions. D2B Informatique has consolidated its position in France with more than 1200 integrators, vendors, distributors and engineering companies. D2B Informatique is deeply rooted in the design and sale of infrastructure solutions based on partnerships with leading suppliers and a multitude of innovative services.

The transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including regulatory approval, and is expected to close in Q1 2022.
