Lenovo Polska and Polish VAD Veracomp - Exclusive Networks Poland create a new sales channel. The ThinkSmart product category will be developed first under the cooperation.
ThinkSmart devices are designed for hybrid office projects of any type and support the most popular video communication platforms: Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. They include hardware for personal use or installation in small "digital phone boxes" (ThinkSmart View), all-in-one devices for small and medium-sized rooms (ThinkSmart Hub), and the ThinkSmart Core solution with separate control panel and peripherals for deployment in rooms of any size. All these products, complemented by a set of peripheral accessories - ThinkSmart Bar speaker and microphone sets or the unique ThinkSmart Cam - create a new device standard in the Smart Collaboration category.
As an added value, Lenovo also offers its own ThinkSmart Manager cloud solution for IT departments to manage their organisation's fleet of ThinkSmart smart office devices. ThinkSmart Manager enables a full range of administrative operations on selected devices. It also provides advanced analytics, including how many users are attending a meeting, how often, and from which departments, allowing medium and large companies in particular to effectively plan their office space, ensure appropriate use of existing devices, and thoughtfully plan new investments. Importantly, ThinkSmart Manager can work as a multi-tenant application, so that an integrator from one location is able to independently manage a fleet of devices at multiple small customers who are in the process of developing their IT infrastructure.
The use of platforms such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams has become a regular feature of most businesses, so opening a new distribution channel will be key for customers in need of modern solutions.
