German software specialist International Software Partners GmbH (ISP*D) has been taken over by security VAD Prianto for an undisclosed amount. The company will be integrated into the Prianto Group, headquartered in Munich, Germany, retroactively as of Jan. 1, 2022.
Prianto takes over 100% of the business of ISP*D GmbH with the entire team. The previous managing director Jens Gerken has left the company on 06.04.2022, the second managing director Christian Laube will move to Prianto and will continue to be available to ISP*D's specialised trade partners as a contact person.
"The opportunities that this merger offers us and ISP*D's existing customers are outstanding. Not only are our values 100% aligned, but the strong presence in the DACH region and offices in many other countries will provide our current vendors and also our resellers with new ways to generate leads and revenue", said Christian Laube, Managing Director of ISP*D GmbH.
