Jérôme Boulon, founder and CEO of NeoVAD
File and object storage cloud vendor Scality strengthens its indirect sales strategy and now offers its catalogue via French specialised VAD NeoVAD.
NeoVAD, a distributor of IT solutions, addresses a network of value-added resellers as well as service providers, who are key players in the data industry, particularly local authorities. Access to Scality's offerings through this reseller channel specialising in multi-cloud and automation (MSPs, regional or national resellers) offers all the necessary flexibility and will enable resellers and integrators to offer complementary or alternative solutions to the public cloud.
Cloud-native applications are multiplying, as are the use cases, and the complexity of the infrastructures that support them is increasing. Scality's expertise ensures that customers and partners can benefit from the promise of cloud storage in their own datacenter, while extending the scope to the public cloud. NeoVAD has high ambitions with Scality, aware of the scope of the solutions deployed by the brand, especially in the current context of trusted cloud and data sovereignty.
Jérôme Boulon, founder and CEO of NeoVAD, said: "NeoVAD will invest heavily in this niche, dedicating a team of technical specialists and sales people to push the vendor's offerings in the French market. The addition of Scality will allow us to address resellers and service providers of all sizes for all markets in France."
Frédéric Saldes, Director Alliances & Channel Sales EMEA-CIS for Scality, said: "we are today the only French player in a European market where the protection, security and control of data is achieved through the hybridization of infrastructures, which is the best of both worlds. Our objective is simple: to guarantee access to this data at all times through the use of a single, ultra-resilient and flexible platform. Combining our software experience with NeoVAD's expertise in managing a network of resellers in France will provide us with more capillarity to address new customers in the territory."
