After several years of cooperation, Sharp/NEC has strengthened its ties with multispecialist EET. The distributor's expertise in the technologies and solutions marketed by Sharp/NEC is at the heart of this development, as is its human-scale structure, which enables it to provide customers with personalised advice and support throughout the selection and validation phase.

This approach, which is in total synergy with Sharp/NEC's approach to end users, has proved its worth and is the reason for the merger initiated at the beginning of the summer.

In this spirit, EET has taken a further step by creating a microsite dedicated to Sharp/NEC directView LED solutions. The growing popularity of dvLED technology and the increasing number of applications beyond outdoor displays require a more sophisticated approach. Sharp/NEC and EET want to focus on this aspect in order to provide dealers with tools that are increasingly adapted to a better knowledge of existing solutions, which will enable them to play a full advisory role with their end customers.

Philippe Baracetti, General Manager Sales at Sharp/NEC Display Solutions France, said: "this new development marks a major step forward in our collaboration with EET. DirectView LED technology has many advantages in terms of features, flexibility and enormous potential for implementation, but its complexity can be a barrier to the recommendation of dealers. EET's approach to its reseller customers is similar to Sharp/NEC's approach to end customers: to provide the best possible support in identifying the needs and potential in the specific context of each project."
