Electricity and connectivity specialist Sonepar Italia has ratified the agreement for the acquisition of the CioffiRenato company. Founded in 1974, CioffiRenato is a historic company in the wholesale and retail electrical distribution market operating in the province of Lecce.
With its headquarters and sales point in Casarano, and a branch in San Cesario di Lecce, 17 employees and 2 agents, it serves all the municipalities of the province, and closed 2021 with a turnover of approximately 10 million euros. Sonepar Italia, present today in Puglia with 6 stores, thanks to this acquisition strengthens its presence in the region.
