DE-CIX, the world's leading operator of Internet Exchanges, and security VAD Infinigate are launching a sales partnership. As part of the DE-CIX "Channel Alliance Partner Program" Infinigate will offer DE-CIX interconnection services to its partners and customers. The focus of this channel partnership is to provide holistic connectivity solutions for cloud transformation.

According to a recent market study by DE-CIX, 74 percent of the companies surveyed in Germany plan to implement new services in the next two years to strengthen the interconnection to the Microsoft SaaS cloud. With its DirectCLOUD and Microsoft Azure Peering Service (MAPS) services, DE-CIX offers two easy-to-implement solutions for direct cloud connectivity for the enterprise sector. IT system houses can now purchase these services, as well as other DE-CIX services, from Infinigate and offer them to their customers. In doing so, they receive marketing support from Infinigate and can thus put together individually tailored service packages of cloud services and cloud connectivity for their customers.

In the "Channel Alliance Partner Program" DE-CIX supports, among others, system integrators, managed service providers and IT consulting companies in meeting the interconnection needs of their customers. The partners enable their customers to connect to the platform, giving them access to innovative interconnection services. These include cloud connectivity via MAPS and DirectCLOUD, as well as IT security services such as Blackholing Advanced. In addition to providing access to its product portfolio, DE-CIX also supports its partners with onboarding during technical implementation, as well as with training opportunities at the DE-CIX Academy to give them a smooth introduction to the topic of interconnection.
