Robert Schneider joined the sysob sales team on September, 1st. The German infrastructure VAD brought the channel account manager on board to build up the new Storage business unit together with him. This complements the Security, WLAN and Server-based Computing (SBC) BU that have been established at sysob for many years. The Storage business unit expands the distribution offering for resellers, specialist dealers and system integrators to include storage solutions for the IT infrastructures of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Robert Schneider, a trained IT specialist and MBA graduate, has in-depth expertise in the channel business. After his first degree at the University of Potsdam, he worked as Channel Manager Distribution at Ferrari electronic AG since 2012. At the manufacturer of hardware and software products for the unified communications sector, Robert Schneider was responsible for looking after distributors from the DACH region, Western Europe, the USA and the United Arab Emirates. While working, the channel expert completed a Master of Business Administration degree.
