Broadliner Tech Data has exclusively added the new Galaxy Book series with Windows 10 Professional to its portfolio in addition to the existing Samsung product portfolio and is offering these devices via distribution partners in the B2B sector.
With the addition of the Samsung Galaxy Book, Samsung Galaxy Book Pro and Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360, Tech Data is expanding both its notebook portfolio and the Samsung product range with an essential solution product. With the most advanced notebook series to date, Samsung is making a comeback in the business notebook market.
The notebooks, positioned in the high-end segment, are characterised by high-quality materials and the latest components. The Pro models impress with their premium casing, made from a combination of magnesium and aluminium. All devices also have excellent battery life.
The Galaxy Book Pro 360 increases productivity with a 360-degree foldable touch display and the included S Pen, which can be used for writing, drawing and convenient control. The AMOLED displays are framed in a slim bezel and impress with rich colours and strong contrasts. The extremely rare 15" variant offers a generous work surface for more creativity.
Depending on the model, Galaxy Books are suitable for remote work, digital teaching at school and university as well as for computing-intensive work on the go.
Marcel Delmer, Business Unit Director PC at Tech Data Germany, comments on the new offer: "I am incredibly proud to be able to offer the new notebook series to our sales partners as an exclusive partner of Samsung. The decisive factor in our decision was our existing expertise in the B2B sector as well as our access to the SMB specialist retail segment. In my opinion, the line-up is predestined for use in small to medium-sized companies. The brilliant AMOLED displays of the Pro models from Samsung's smartphone technology as well as the low weight and battery life certainly make them an attractive alternative for employees of enterprise companies. With our newly installed Samsung Notebook team, we look forward to actively supporting Samsung in their re-entry into the premium notebook sector in Germany."
"The partnership with Tech Data is extremely important for us. Together we want to promote the sales of our notebooks, especially in small and medium-sized businesses", said Tuncay Sandikci, Director IT & Mobile Communication B2B at Samsung Electronics. "With the new Galaxy Books, we have expanded our product portfolio in a contemporary way for the channel. And with products that are made for flexible and location-independent working."
Tech Data is offering broad support for sales partners at the launch. This ranges from the offer of project prices for as few as 2 units, to online project applications for orders of 25 units or more (both of which can be accessed directly via the online webshop InTouch), to an incentive for the first trade orders.
