Tech Data's AV specialist, Maverick AV Solutions, has entered into a new distribution partnership with Bose Professional. This agreement will initially focus on the Bose Videobar VB1, an all-in-one USB conferencing device that brings premium audio and video to conference rooms.
Maverick AV Solutions is thus partnering with the pioneer of professional audio and workplace solutions to introduce a state-of-the-art meeting room device that brings the Bose audio and video experience to meetings. The Videobar VB1 is available across Europe with local support, virtual demos, PoC kits and technical support through Maverick AV Solutions' sales teams in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Joel Chimoindes, Vice President Europe at Maverick AV Solutions, says: "Bose is a highly respected manufacturer that is bringing its distinctive audio and video experience to the conference room with this product. We are seeing incredible growth in demand for our collaboration portfolio as businesses begin to embrace technology for the return to the workplace. This great looking product, with its consumer styling and plug-and-play setup, will undoubtedly be very popular. We're excited to help Bose scale to meet demand in the channel and work with our distribution partners to bring it to the European market."
The Videobar VB1 is an excellent addition to the Maverick Smart Meeting portfolio, which is helping more and more businesses enable hybrid meeting environments. The sleek, low-profile design of the Videobar VB1 features six beam-steering microphones that automatically focus on voices in the room and suppress noise to eliminate distractions during meetings. This all-in-one device is also Microsoft Teams accredited for a superior video meeting experience.
Connectivity is easily achieved via a single USB cable or wireless Bluetooth device. The 4K Ultra HD camera with automatic framing allows everyone to see and understand the presenter and feel like they are in the same room.
"There is an increasing need for collaboration technology, especially as companies consider how they will support employees returning to work. A hybrid work environment supports this evolving workplace, whether collaborating with colleagues or meeting with clients wherever they are", shares Hans Vereecken, Sales Manager, EMEA for Bose Professional. "Our commitment to our customers and our passion for developing innovative solutions are also reflected in our search for a distribution partner. We are proud to have Maverick AV Solutions as our European partner and know that their market knowledge will provide the level of support and service that customers expect from Bose."
