Broadliner Tech Data is expanding the StreamOne cloud platform in Austria and Germany with a further manufacturer offering: Adobe products can now be booked and administered via the Marketplace.

With the StreamOne Marketplace, Tech Data sales partners simplify and optimise the purchase and administration of customer subscriptions for a wide range of cloud services. Partners can take advantage of a range of exclusive business building resources, management tools and professional services to help them ease their customers' transition to the cloud while increasing monthly recurring revenue.

StreamOne is an exclusive tool that allows partners to learn about, purchase and manage cloud subscriptions and services on behalf of their customers. The dashboard provides complete control - quotes, invoices and analytics are easy to create.

All Adobe Cloud solutions are now available in StreamOne. Both the Document Cloud products, which include Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign (cloud-based digital signature service), and the Creative Cloud products, which leave nothing to be desired by digital, design and creative agencies with over 20 creative applications.

This new offer is particularly interesting for specialist dealers whose clientele includes corporate customers from the SMB segment as well as commercial end customers. In future, Adobe corporate licence renewals can also be automated via the Marketplace using Auto-Renewal.

Michael Hitzelberger, Teamlead Value & Volume Software of Tech Data's One Software Team, comments: "with the expansion of our Cloud Marketplace to include Adobe solutions, we have followed the numerous requests of our sales partners. The ease of ordering, processing and administration of cloud solutions, as well as the reduction in effort through the automated ordering and billing process, are the main reasons why partners want to book and manage solutions through StreamOne. Many partners already use StreamOne as a central platform - so it was the logical consequence to now also offer Adobe products via it."

The new offering is not the only service that the Tech Data Adobe specialist team provides to its channel partners. As a Trusted Advisor with many years of Adobe sales experience, Tech Data also supports its sales partners in the evaluation of new projects. The aim is to find the correct licensing, to benefit from project registrations (from 10 new licences) in the Document Cloud area and to be able to offer initial sales consultations in close cooperation with Adobe experts.

In addition, partners benefit from the connection to other vendor solutions from Tech Data. "The Microsoft example makes it clear how important these solution developments can be", comments Hitzelberger. "In the document segment, many end customers want optimal solutions with the Microsoft 365 applications, the Office solutions or MS Teams, MS Flow or MS Power Automate. Understandable requirements that we also see in the creative environment - only here the connection of Adobe solutions to PCs, notebooks and monitors is sought. We can deliver all this for our partners from a single source."
