Broadliner Tech Data has signed a distribution agreement for Austria and Germany with Anker, a provider of smart home products. As a result, Anker's broad portfolio - from networked devices for home security and home cinema to audio devices - is now available to sales partners.
The Anker product range, which Tech Data distribution partners can now access, includes various smart product solutions such as Eufy Security, Eufy Home Appliances, Nebula and Soundcore.
Eufy stands for the new generation of networked devices that optimise the smart home. The growing number of smart devices, which includes for example a speaker that supports Alexa, also includes lights, wall plugs and hoovers. Eufy RoboVac and HomeVac take over the automated intelligent cleaning of the household in Smart Homes. The Security segment is characterised by wireless surveillance cameras, doorbells and sensors that are compatible with HomeKit, Alexa and Google Assistant.
Nebula represents a new breed of smart, portable projectors for home cinema ambience. To match, Soundcore is redefining the premium audio experience with its high-end speakers and headphones - such as the Flare series, a 360° speaker with lighting effects to match the beat.
Michael Sewald, VP and Managing Director Austria & Mobile Germany/Austria for Tech Data, comments on the distribution agreement: "many people know Anker as a specialist in charging technology. But with the other 4 brands - Eufy, Soundcore, Nebula and Roav - the manufacturer offers a broad and very innovative range of smart solutions for entertainment, travel or even smart home. A portfolio that convinced us and I am now very pleased to be able to offer this to our sales partners in Germany and Austria."
