System integrators and sales partners of Tech Data can now offer their customers tailor-made IIoT solutions based on secunet edge and thus advance the digital transformation in industry and critical infrastructures.
secunet edge connects systems, machines, actuators and sensors efficiently, comfortably and securely to internal and external digital infrastructures, cloud services and IoT platforms. The solution makes no difference between current and obsolete industrial components. This means that operators are also well positioned for future requirements.
Secunet edge wraps around systems like a protective cover and shields them from threats. IT and OT (Operational Technology) can safely grow together. The solution works at the edge of the network and can also function there as an edge computing platform on which applications run and machine data is processed. The overall solution, developed and manufactured in Germany, uses versatile appliances based on industrial PCs, is freely scalable and can be managed centrally.
