Tech Data has unveiled a pan-European agreement to offer Yale smart security solutions. Partners in the region will be able to access Yale’s range of smart locks, indoor and outdoor cameras and smart home alarms all of which offer integration with leading smart home systems and voice assistant platforms such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and HomeKit.
According to recent research, the global smart home market size is expected to grow from €64 billion in 2020 to €110 billion by 2025, at a compound annual growth rate of 11.6%. In order to support its partners in addressing this rapid growth in market demand, Tech Data has invested in dedicated smart home teams and has built a portfolio of solutions covering all aspects of the smart home ecosystem, which partners can access through the distributor’s eCommerce platform, InTouch.

This agreement covers Tech Data’s European footprint and is an extension to the existing agreements for Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Yale products are thus also available in Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland.
