Westcon-Comstor and Itancia Become Master Distributor for Avaya OneCloud CCaaS

VADs Westcon-Comstor France and Itancia on the one hand, and Avaya, the global leader in communications and collaboration solutions on the other hand, have announced that the two distributors have become Master Distributors to market Avaya OneCloud CCaaS, the Avaya contact centre offering.

Westcon-Comstor and Itancia are moving into Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) technology by distributing the new Avaya OneCloud CCaaS solution in addition to the UCaaS (UC-as-a-Service) solutions they already have in its portfolio. The partnership agreement means that both Westcon-Comstor and Itancia can offer Avaya OneCloud CCaaS to its resellers in France.

Avaya OneCloud CCaaS is one of the key solutions in the Avaya OneCloud platform enriched with artificial intelligence and also includes collaboration, unified communications and communications platform as a service with Avaya OneCloud UCaaS and Avaya OneCloud CPaaS.

Avaya OneCloud CCaaS allows to:

  • connect digital touchpoints across the customer journey - from email, text messaging, chat, social networks and Bring Your Own Channel (BYOC).

  • connect customers to the agents best suited to respond to the request based on business rules, internal and external context and expectations.

  • personalise the employee experience with a modern, adjustable workspace that brings together customer information from multiple applications in a single interface.

  • anticipate every customer interaction by anticipating needs and proactively engaging the customer through customer journey knowledge.

  • quickly and easily combine cloud technologies to deliver the experience that will provide customers with more options, faster responses, and a more personalised approach

Avaya OneCloud CCaaS is a cloud solution with a subscription model. Features and agent licenses can be purchased to meet the requirements of each business and quickly scale up or down as needed.
