Kaseya appoints ADN

September 11, 2018

German security, software and storage VAD Advanced Digital Network Distribution (aka ADN) has expanded its portfolio with Kaseya IT management software and monitoring solutions. The partnership covers both DACH and Central Europe, thanks to ADN offices in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

Due to new technology trends such as cloud, mobility, virtualisation and distributed environments, the IT sector is becoming increasingly complex. Kaseya's management platform allows customers to efficiently customise their IT needs. With Kaseya, ADN's goal is to provide an IT systems management platform that allows complete IT environments to be managed, as it integrates all relevant information into a single dashboard, completely mastering complexity.

For this reason, ADN strives for a long-term partnership with the channel that is not only future-proof due to the continuous development of Kaseya's solutions, but also enables MSPs and small and medium-sized enterprises to expand long-term services, develop them further for their customers and ultimately grow with the solution.

"We are using Kaseya even in our midsize business and are experiencing significant savings. Kaseya proactively brings our IT processes together. Our administrators can, for example, detect potential incidents at the workstations of our employees at an early stage and react prematurely so that a potential outage does not occur in the first place", explains Hermann Ramacher, Managing Partner of ADN. "With Kaseya's management platform, we are able to meet exactly these needs of our customers and establish ourselves in the market with this extensive application", he continues. "The Next-Generation Business solution and the other comprehensive solutions cover most of the market requirements. ADN also offers the ability to distribute Kaseya products - which can also be integrated with other applications - and deliver them directly from a single source."

"ADN is one of the leading value-added distributors in the DACH region and has been for years", said Paul Farr, EVP, Marketing & Business Development Kaseya. "That's why we decided to discontinue our direct business and work hand in hand with ADN to develop strategies and take the next steps. We look forward to working with ADN to support new and existing partners who can easily control IT infrastructures, remotely manage distributed environments and automate many processes with additional IT management capabilities using a central management platform. Together, we will enable many customers in the DACH region to save money with process efficiency and intelligent complexity, and increase their business success."

Kaseya's goal is to simplify IT management for customers, whether they are Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or small and medium businesses. The solutions are offered as industry-leading cloud solutions as well as on-premise software. They give organisations the ability to partially or fully control their IT and easily remotely manage distributed environments and automate IT management functions. The Kaseya portfolio ranges from identity and access management, hybrid clouds and network infrastructures, Microsoft online services administration and business management to IT system management and remote monitoring.
